In the result, I increased +$6M revenue and AOV by 22.5% by enhancing product search experience. I also improved usability and accessibility, raising our Baymard compliance score. Additionally, I worked across SportChek and Mark’s to ensure consistency and scalability, while advocating for inclusive design practices.
At this B2B2C SaaS company for real estate agents, I designed new features to scale the product. I increased AOV by 40% and revenue by 12.3% through A/B testing of the ads funnel. I also built AI-driven features that boosted engagement by 35% and attracted more high-intent users. Additionally, I ensured consistency across SaaS and iOS platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals.

I was responsible for taking the initiative on various client projects. One of my main projects involved conducting user testing for CPA Ontario's e-learning platform and the 'Becoming CPA' journey features. This included test planning, participant recruitment, scenario design, session moderation, and results analysis.
I designed and managed client projects including fintech apps, a solar panel SaaS platform, and a new startup platform that scaled to 15,000 users and secured funding. I led end-to-end design, ensuring mobile standards and QA while collaborating closely with the CPO, engineers, PMs, and marketing.
